This french wire is a lightweight, flexible, finely coiled wire. It is used in goldwork embroidery(Zardozi, Tambour, Luneville) & Jewelry Making.
This is a very delicate wire and must be used with care, it is usually cut into small pieces, to put onto a thread like a bead and sewn on a fabric with the help of a normal needle or aari needle.
