We at Indianembroideryshop.com ensure only the best quality reaches our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. You can exchange or return only for the below mentioned reasons.

Please read the product details carefully before confirming the order.

Wrong Item / Damaged Product/ Incorrect Size/Incomplete Product:

If your goods are damaged or one of any above conditions, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

  • Replacement with the right product OR
  • Exchange the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value OR
  • Refund of the full amount paid by you.

In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email indianembroideryshop@gmail.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pics of the product received. you will have to ship the product back to the address mentioned below. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

In case of incomplete product/items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. To cancel the order, please mail us your order number at indianembroideryshop@gmail.com. We do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders.

Refunds

All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank. Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
